'Ol Blue Eyes' is a sweet little Early English Chiltern teddy bear standing at 13" tall from the tips of his toes to the tips of his ears. He is completely wood wool stuffed and five ways jointed and although they are a little loose, particularly on his legs, he is still able to sit up on his own. A rare bear

Vera is a wonderful 1920s Chad Valley bear who still retains her blue button in her ear

It is made from white silk fabric with blue lettering: "Chiltern Hygienic Toys Made in England 2/52/1"  He has been played with but obviously well cared for

his nose has had extra stitches

He was completely enclosed in Hessian with eyes nose and mouth sewn on the outside and his ears left on the inside with more sewn on top

with clear and black glass eyes
